Eiko Otake from Japan and Jingqiu Guan from China are both dancer/choreographers and makers of video and film works. They share their ambitions to create media works only performers can create. In their first collaboration, they improvised responding to each other while thinking about time and place between living and dying.

Eiko states, “In dancing I practice my dying, at the same time I linger in my living.”
